One show has a definite male nudity and one is possible male nudity.
They are: BUG and ROOM 128. The original production of BUG starred Michael Shannon (Boardwalk Empire) currently in GRACE on Broadway where he showed his circumcised penis. This time Michael Aguirre will play Shannon’s part.

Lovelorn waitress Agnes and Gulf War vet Peter develop a surprising relationship in a dilapidated Oklahoma City motel room. The budding couple must face her abusive ex-husband causes problems as well as the psychological and physical effects of an insect infestation. The original New York production won numerous awards, including the Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Play, for the 2004 production at Barrow Street Theatre.
