DOCTOR FAUSTUS LIGHTS THE LIGHTS

From the press release:

“Doctor Faustus sells his soul to become the inventor of electric lights, but they burn so brightly that they blot out the moon. Everything can be seen, everything can be known but…can it really? What is a SOUL anyway? And when is there too much visibility? NEW FORMS Theater Makers are early career artists eager to inspire audiences through exploration of theatrical form. Here they present a new form of the traditional Faust legend, told with a ballet of lights, rhythm, and a dog who says “Thank You.”

Performs Nov. 9-11 & 16-18 (four shows each weekend) at The Triskelion Zoo Theater, 118 N. 11th St., 3rd fl., Brooklyn, NY.
