Only 4 days of performances!Gallim3

From the press release:
Described by The New York Times as “excellent, inventive, impressive,” Gallim Dance is known for its ambitious multidisciplinary works. This world premiere will be no exception when the company performs a full-evening piece created by Artistic Director and 2014 Guggenheim Fellow Andrea Miller in collaboration with her acclaimed dancers. Marking the first time Gallim Dance has been accompanied by live music, the work addresses themes of love, sex, and domesticity while displaying Gallim’s virtuosic physicality and uncanny narrative structure.

  1. For fans of dance, i think it is worth seeing. at the end of the first act, one of the performers, paul vickers, strips everything off. He has a dancer body and is very thin, petite, cut, and untrimmed. The scene lasts about 5 minutes. At the end of the second act two others strip down completely for a few seconds. If you are going DO NOT sit up close. There are lights that are attached to the floor which blocks your view– a lot of performers with get on the floor and you can’t see if you sit up close. Maybe sit in the loge?? There are only 3 more performances left.
